Santé sexuelle
Résumé : La notion de santé sexuelle/ sexual health/ salud sexual est aujourd’hui fortement mobilisée dans les organisations internationales de santé telles que l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé et l’ONUSIDA, tout comme dans de nombreuses organisations, nationales ou locales. Depuis la fin du XX° siècle, elle s’est en effet progressivement imposée dans les politiques de santé publique, particulièrement aux États-Unis et en Europe. Sa définition a toutefois évolué et fait l’objet de diverses appropriations et implémentations dans le monde, laissant craindre la diffusion d’un sexonationalisme.
Summary: Nowadays, the notion of sexual health/ santé sexuelle/ salud sexual is widely used by international health organizations such as the World Health Organization and UNAIDS, as well as by many national and local organizations. Since the end of the 20th century, sexual health has gradually become an integral part of public health policy, particularly in the United States and Europe. Its definition has evolved, however, and is subject to a variety of appropriations and implementations around the world, raising fears of the spread of sexonationalism.
